I like to approach therapy in three parts- past, present, and future.

I am an attachment therapist. Which basically means we look at your "blueprint" or how you form close relationships with others. How do you approach conflict? Regulate your emotions? Communicate with others?
You and your partner (most likely) have different attachment styles. I show you how to work together with those.
Learning tools for the toolbox.
Role plays, meditation, journal and writing exercises, and actually experiencing the change- not just talking about it.
I may offer podcasts, books, or "at-home" homework for you and your partner to complete outside of session.
Integrating your new tools moving forward. How do you want your life/ marriage/ relationship to feel moving forward? How can you feel closer, more connected, and at peace with yourself + your partner?
How can you live an authentic life?
I offer ongoing support as much as folks need throughout their process and afterward.
