I will help you learn about your internal world. Understanding patterns of behavior, areas where you feel stuck, and. I will help you improve quality of life, grow self-esteem and confidence, and feel more connected and stable in your day-to-day.
I am currently not accepting insurance- pay clients on my caseload. However, please reach out to me directly to inquire if I accept your insurance network.
I do take HSA cards, and hold a handful of spots every month to offer discounted sessions on an as-needed basis. If you think you qualify, please inquire.
I also offer discounted rates to all service members, including military, medical personnel, police officers, and firefighters.

I kindly ask that you provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications to our scheduled time.
If your session is not cancelled or modified within 24 hours, you will be charged the full rate for your session.
