welcome
People are not black-and white. Neither is my therapy.
I blend the art and the science of psychology.
I've been a therapist in Denver for over five years. In that time, the one thing I keep coming back to is that most people don't need more advice. They need someone who will actually sit with them, think with them, and keep looking until something works.
I pull from IFS, Gestalt therapy, breath work, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to name a few. My approach is tailored to your exact needs and goals. Sometimes that changes from week to week- that's okay.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Colorado, I work with couples, veterans, first responders, and individuals. I have an office here in Denver for in-person sessions, or can meet virtually anywhere in the state.
No judgment. No one-size-fits-all. Just honest work with someone who genuinely gives a damn.
-50% of all married couples attend therapy at some point in their relationship
-70% of couples improve after couples therapy
-70-85% report improved satisfaction within 3 to 6 months
-80-90% report better emotional well-being after treatment
-therapy can reduce divorce risk by 20-40%
Common themes: conflict, emotional disconnection, trust repair

Lauren is a deeply healing, real, compassionate, and brilliant therapist for couples and women. I have healed (and leveled up!) in more ways than I ever imagined.
She has helped me strengthen my relationship with my husband, my kids, my colleagues, my friends, and most importantly, my relationship with myself.
Thank you, Lauren. You’re a gift!

If you're seeking to understand, make a change, or work through any type of mental health, then what you need is Lauren. She is the best therapist/provider I have seen in my past few years of therapy. As a man and a veteran, finding a good therapist who will call you out on your stuff is key. Both for Couple or Individual therapy. She is kind, understanding, but won't take any crap either. She will call you out, but in a way that makes you want to change yourself. She is a catalyst for the change that one makes within themselves.

I can't thank Lauren enough for the incredible support and guidance she's provided my husband and me. From the very first session, we felt heard and understood. Her approach is both firm and warm, making it easy to open up and work through our issues. We've seen such positive changes in our relationship, and it's all thanks to their expertise and genuine care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and effective therapist!
I truly don’t have enough words to capture how wonderful working with Lauren has been.
I have been seeing her for a little over 2 years and with her guidance, I’ve been able to align with my truest self in ways I never imagined. I’ve started to tap into the authenticity, clarity, and self-love I’ve always wanted for myself but didn’t know how to access.
She has such an extraordinary gift of creating a space that feels both deeply safe and gently challenging. Lauren holds me accountable in the most compassionate, accessible way. It never feels harsh or overwhelming, just honest and encouraging. She brings such wisdom, clarity, and groundedness to every session.
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly sees you, holds space for all of you, and helps you step into your healing with strength and grace, Lauren is the one!
